Biography

Cutting her teeth as an actress in Channel 4’s long running soap Hollyoaks Terri played the character of Ruth Osbourne for 6 years.

Since returning to acting after a long stint as a presenter, Terri has been lucky enough to have a number one national tour under her belt, a West End play as well as a host of British films.

She’s also appeared in big TV shows like Law & Order (ITV1) Holby City (BBC) and Grange Hill (BBC) to name a few.

Terri has been actively developing film and TV ideas with exciting talents across all media platforms. She is a very proactive talent.

The first play Terri produced  (which she was also in) went on to see the writer nominated for a prestigious Olivier award. One critic described it as ‘one of the best pieces of new writing in London at the moment!’

Break was the first feature film Terri produced (and starred in) with Golden Globe winner Rutger Hauer and BAFTA winner Adam Deacon.

Terri is producing her second feature film which is set for a 2021 release.

Terri has also enjoyed a successful presenting career. She fronted three series of the hit daytime show 60 Minute Makeover (ITV). She teamed up with her old on screen husband, Jeremy Edwards, to reveal behind the scenes secrets from two of Britain’s biggest soaps on Coronation Street / Emmerdale Confidential (ITV). She was one of the Loose Women (ITV) for two years where she interviewed some of the biggest names in TV, film and music. Alongside Jason Plato, Terri presented Racing Rivals (C4 / Bravo) following the SEAT Championship in 2004. Terri has been a regular guest on shows like Richard and Judy (C4) and The Wright Stuff (Five) and continues to appear on Good Morning Britain (ITV) and This Morning (ITV).

Stage credits include a UK tour of Vagina Monologues, West End play Truth, Lies, Diana, plus Abandonment by Tom Morton Smith, Whose Coat is That Jacket, Wounds, Love v Hate, Dial M for Murder, Absent Friends, Barren, Revlongirl ,  Through the Night and a two hander tour of The Ghost Touch.

Terri has just produced her first feature film Break and she stars in it along side late Golden Globe winner Rutger Hauer, Break is Rutger Hauer’s last film before he passed away. The film also stars Jamie Foreman, Luke Mable and BAFTA winner Adam Deacon. Break is set for a 2020 release.

Terri has produced some of her own theatre projects – the critically acclaimed Barren and Revlongirl which went on to have a hugely successful tour and the writer of Revlongirl was nominated for an Olivier Award.

Terri is developing other projects all at different stages of development.
